Indonesia will not follow Arab Saudi and UAE to block blackberry. It is said by head of information center and public relation (PR) Gatot S Dewabroto.
He also said that Indonesian government doesn’t see negative effects of blackberry service yet. Indonesia also respects to the other country that block blackberry such as Arab Saudi and UAE. It is their policies and Indonesia should respect it.
Arab Saudi has blocked blackberry since yesterday, 6 August 2010. Arab Saudi claimed that blackberry didn’t complete the regulation condition. The government cannot pay more attention to the message sent via blackberry because this service is so secured. Only the center service in Canada can look it.
