Foxconn, the biggest Iphone Company and other Apple products, has befallen the problems. One of the employees of Foxconn has reported suicide.
The employee is the young woman 22 years old. She fell down from company building in Kunshan, the east area of Jiangsu Province. It is reported by Telegraph, Monday (09/08/2010)
Unfortunately, Foxconn did not give the comments yet from this case. It is the 13th suicide case in 2010. From the investigation, the woman has suicide because of privacy problems, not because of her job in Foxconn.
Before, Foxconn Company planned to increase the wages of the employee until 10%. The plan is aimed to improve Foxconn image better. In the other side, it should be done because of the restitution of China economy from global recession.
Lots of electronic gadgets company such as Iphone, IPod, Apple, Nokia, HP, Sony Ericcson, until dell get the criticisms because of the suicide tragedy of 12 employees in 2010. Labor activist claimed that Foxconn forced the employee to hard work, created the work field with the extraordinary pressure and the low wages under standard.
