Industrial Engineering

Hello guys and galz. Now, I just wanna introduce about my department where I am studying now. Yeah, now, I am studying in the one of the best university in Indonesia, that is ITS. I am studying in one of favourite department to be choosen by students of Senior high school to continue their study. What is that? Yup, that is INDUSTRIAL engineering.

Many people asked to me, What did you learn in your department? It is so confused. I'm new student here. Many people said that Industrial Engineering is not special department because we studied all. IE is not unclear department and very different with others in faculty. Like mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical, and many other.

It's not wrong that people said that IE is mix department. But it's only on first year. The subject that we should learn are calculus, thermodinamics, physics, and others. But, when we passed higher semester, we will learn about Industrial Engineering subjects ownselves.

in IE, there are 5 main main science should we learn. Those are management, Optimation, Supply Chain, Ergonomics, And Quality Manufacture. Only that. So, if you are a student and you are confused with what department will you choose at SNMPTN. Don't be doubt to choose Industrial Engineering. It;s the simple department and the easiest one. :P
